Madara's Seafood

I will start by saying I love this place. I do care that the seafood I buy is sustainable rather than seafood that is from destructive fishing or farming practices so it would be great if Madara's could post more detail on the fish they sell. That being said, they have always graciously provided me more detail anytime I ask for it. Whenever I go to Madara's to buy seafood I make sure to order the blackened salmon (with double order of broccoli). The gentleman that handles all the cooking consistently cooks salmon to perfection. I have tried many times at home but can't come close to what he does. Any fish I have purchased from Madara's (it has been a lot of fish) was always high quality and always fresh. I think that their whitefish and shrimp salad are some of the best I ever had. Last but not least... The staff is great. Always very helpful and very friendly and willing to accommodate. They seem to really hustle which is great at those times when they get real busy because the wait is never very long. I think Madara's has got a good thing going. Did I mention I love this place?

Always fresh , and service is quick

We were looking for takeout seafood in the area. We were so glad we found Madara’s Seafood. We ordered over the phone and the food was ready as promised. We got the crab cake platter and the combination platter which were both good. Everything was hot and it smelled good. The prices are reasonable and the food was delicious! Only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday so check the hours!

I love these people and I love their fish. Great customer service, delicious food, reasonable prices, quick preparation. Down to earth and cool, and thank God somebody's cooking!!

I've bought fish here several times and it's always good, but today I actually ate their prepared food and a couple oysters. The food we got was great. We got clam strips, the fried shrimp platter, the stuffed blackened salmon platter and 6 oysters. Everything was very good. I would definitely recommend it to scratch that seafood craving itch.

Excellent food, excellent service! There is a wide variety of fish and it always seems very fresh. It does get very crowded so be prepared to wait.

Marara's Seafood is certainly the best seafood place in the area! Don't let the food stand look and reasonable prices fool you. The quality of their seafood is second to none! Everything is absolutely fresh and of the highest quality. One of the wonderful things about them is that they will cook any of their fresh seafood items for you in minutes, not just the ones on the menu. Everything I've tried there was delicious and perfectly prepared from shrimp, crabcakes, lobster rolls and fish. I especially love the crabcakes, almost all lump crabmeat and not full of breading. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Even if they're busy, they'll answer your questions and have your order ready in minutes. The quality of their food easily matches or exceeds what you'll find in a high end restaurant at a fraction of the price.

Bought fresh clams and took home the lobster soup. Had their crab cakes cooked there and ate in the food court. Crab cakes were filled with crab meat and vary little filler. Also they were not to wet or dry just perfect. One of the best if not the best crabs cakes I have ever enjoyed. You also have the option to take premade one’s home to enjoy. Loved it !!
